Vast multinational company agrees to pay damages following Capital Lawyers secure settlement

Capital Lawyers were instructed following an accident at work in November 2019. Whilst carrying out her duties, our 36-year-old client suffered an injury when a tote box fell through a holder, crushing her left hand.

The company accepted responsibility for the accident and Capital Lawyers successfully negotiated a global settlement of £10,000.
